When you fill in the order slip or review form, we receive the details you enter: your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, pincode, any note you add, and your review. Order details are saved in our secure order records when you prepare the order slip, and reach us again when you send the message on WhatsApp. Reviews are saved when you submit them and are published only after we check them.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website. Payment happens by UPI in your own payment app.

How we use it

To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To share your name, phone number and address with the delivery service carrying your order.
To publish your review on this website, with your first name and city, only if you sent it to us as a review.
To keep basic records required by law for accounts and tax.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Third-party services

Orders are sent through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. The store map is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you scroll to it; Google's privacy policy applies to it. This website is hosted on a third-party hosting service that may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
