Where we deliver

We deliver across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra. If your pincode is outside Maharashtra, you can still send your order and we will tell you on WhatsApp whether we can deliver.

Delivery within Pune

Within Pune we deliver by Porter or a similar service. The fare depends on distance and is paid by you at actual cost. We tell you the exact fare on WhatsApp before dispatch.

The fare is set by the delivery service, not by us, and we do not add any margin to it. We share the fare with you before dispatch so you can decide before paying.

Delivery outside Pune

Outside Pune we send by courier across Maharashtra. We confirm the courier charge and timing on WhatsApp before you pay. Courier timelines depend on the courier partner and your location, and are usually a few working days.

When we dispatch

We dispatch after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp and payment is received. We share the expected delivery time when we confirm your order, and tracking details where the courier provides them.

Your address

Please give a complete address, pincode and a reachable mobile number. If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete or nobody is available, a second delivery may need a new delivery charge.

Packing

Every jar is sealed and packed to travel safely. Ghee can become soft or liquid in warm weather; this is natural and does not affect quality. It sets again when cool.
