This website is run by Subhashree Ghee, a product of Sandeep Group, Pune (No. 1204, C.T.S., Ghole Road, near Balgandharva Chowk, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005). By using it or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Sending an order slip is a request to buy. An order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp and confirm the items, total and delivery charge. We may decline an order, for example if a size is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your area.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in Indian rupees. Delivery charges are extra and confirmed on WhatsApp. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will not change. Payment is by UPI after we confirm your order.

Product information

We describe our products and show photos as accurately as we can. Ghee is a natural product, so colour and texture can vary slightly between batches and with temperature. Please read the label for ingredients and the best-before date.

Delivery, refunds and privacy

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy, returns and cancellations in our refund policy, and your data in our privacy policy.

Reviews

Reviews you send may be published on this website. We may shorten a review or choose not to publish it, for example if it is abusive or not about our products.

Website content

The Subhashree name, label, logo and photos belong to us. Please do not copy them without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
